About Travis Larson FITNESS

We believe that your training should reflect your goals and your lifestyle. If you've ever found yourself dreading your workouts, questioning the exercises your trainer prescribes or dissatisfied with your fitness program, then maybe it's time to RETHINK your personal training. We focus on consistency and progression; the fundamentals of successful exercise. Our goal is to design an engaging program for each individual that is enjoyable and effective.
How did you get into the fitness industry?
I got into Fitness after 2016 when I broke my arm in two places. The surgery left me with 2 metal rods and 14 metal screws that will be with me for the rest of my life. I had to relearn how to use everything but after a successful recovery I started my personal training business to help others learn how to use their bodies too.
